Absolutely not. Although we have a fantastic team of expert graphic designers, if you wish to use your own designer or already have your artwork designed, this is not a problem. Simply send us the artwork across and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I send you my own labels that I already have printed?2019-05-13T10:45:01+01:00

Yes, this is not a problem. However, please speak to a member of our team to make sure that they are an adequate size for the packaging that you require.

How long are your lead times?2019-05-13T10:44:52+01:00

Our stocked products can be turned around in approximately 2 weeks (sooner if you have your own labels printed). Our custom formulations have a lead time of 7-8 weeks for first time orders, with this reducing to 5-6 weeks for repeat orders.

What is your MOQ?2019-05-13T10:44:48+01:00

This is dependant on raw material and packaging options, but typically our MOQ for stocked products is 250 units and for custom formulations it is usually as little as 500 units.

Where are your products manufactured?2019-05-13T10:44:41+01:00

All of our products are manufactured within the UK in ISO, GMP and SALSA accredited facilities.

Can you ship to multiple locations including Amazon?2019-05-13T10:44:17+01:00

Yes, we are extremely familiar with the processes for both Amazon and third party fulfillment centres. All shipments can be split down appropriately.

If you’re starting completely from scratch, don’t worry, you’re in good hands. We have a team of experts with several years of experience in supplement retail. We offer free initial consultations to discuss an action plan in creating your very own brand.

We also have a team of graphic designers on hand to create logos and design concepts for your new brand.

We have a vast amount of packaging and componentry options. We can supply pouches, bottles, tubs and jars. These also come in an array of colours. If we don’t supply your preferred packaging option as standard, we will have our purchasing team review it.

Can you manage my Amazon account?2019-05-13T10:43:31+01:00

Yes, we provide a range of services within Amazon, even offering full account management. Nonetheless we do ask that you have a free initial consultation to assess suitability as this option is not feasible for all customers and their product ranges.

What payment terms do you offer?2019-05-13T10:43:16+01:00

Typically if you are a new customer, you will be required to pay 50% of your order value up front, with the remaining balance paid on completion of your order, prior to shipping.

We can offer some form of payment terms for long standing customers.
